Erin L. Hager (Houge) is Partner and Investment Manager of Chief Real Estate Company, LLC. She has a strong background in placing investors into net-leased investment properties and tenant-in-common (TIC) opportunities. Clients value her attention to detail and knowledge of the 1031 and commercial real estate investment market.
Erin is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), and Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR). She is also a member of the Minnesota-Dakotas Chapter of the Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM) and serves as a Co-Chair of the Newsletter Committee and serves on the Membership Committee.
Erin is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature. She also holds a Minnesota Real Estate Salesperson License and is currently pursuing her CCIM designation.
